Which are the payment methods accepted?

Our payment options include cash (USD/EUR/TZS) or credit cards (VISA & MASTERCARD). Credit card processing fee per transaction is up to +3%. If you’d like to pay in cash, you can do it right on your arrival. Please, note that we only accept 100 or 50 notes. You can also pay in advance by bank transfers (+ ALL bank fees) or by a PESAPAL payment link (with a +3.5% processing fee). In this case, payment is required prior to your arrival (minimum 30 days). Please note our exchange rate: 1 USD 2,200 TSH.

Which currency do you accept?

We accept payment on arrival in cash (100/50 in USD/EUR/TZS). 1 USD = 2.200 TSH.  You can also pay by credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD +3% commission).

What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time from 12:00 p.m. onwards, check-out time latest by 12:00 p.m. Late check-out depends on availability (10 $USD per hour). For a late check-in please contact us via email prior arrival.

Children of any age are welcome. Please add the number of children in your booking request and their ages to get correct prices and occupancy information.
